Fruit for this expressive Sauvignon Blanc is grown our Pemberley vineyard in the spectacular Pemberton Wine Region, a cool climate area renowned for growing some of the most expressive Sauvignon Blanc in Western Australia.

FOOD PAIRING

Amazing with seafood like oysters, prawns and scallops! Anything with chicken, pasta or risotto. Delicious with salads and vinagerettes.

TASTING NOTES

The 2015 vintage is a further development of this style of wine and has been matured on its yeast lees for 8 months.  Maturation on yeast lees gives a more textural mouth feel and adds a touch of complexity.  This technique is employed by winemakers in making Chardonnay wines and by winemakers in the French region of Sancerre, the home of Sauvignon Blanc
