WINEMAKING NOTES
Manjimup often has the coldest maximum temperature in Western Australia. The long, and relatively cool growing season, and the fertile jarrah and karri loam soils create the terroir which is perfect for growing intensely flavoursome grapes. Chestnut Grove is a family owned and operated vineyard, and we take great pride in turning these grapes into wines of distinction in our Winery on the estate.

Amazing with lighter meats like veal, pork and chicken. Delicious with roasted vegetables and pesto flovours! Perfect with hard cheeses too.
TASTING NOTES
Lifted ripe tropical fruits, paw paw, melon and grapefruit aromas combine with grassy notes and lavender spice. Lime zest, mandarin and custard apple flavours offer a full and rich palate. The palate is perfectly balanced by natural acidity and dry mineral edges. Overall, an elegant fresh un-oaked style wine, designed for immediate enjoyment with most foods. 13% Alcohol
