WINEMAKING NOTES
Our vineyard is situated in the northern part of the Pemberton Wine Growing Region of Western Australia. The rich loam soils that are unique to the Karri forests of the region provide perfect growing conditions for the varieties that we have at 10 Chains.
FOOD PAIRING
Amazing with seafood like oysters, prawns and scallops! Anything with chicken, pasta or risotto. Delicious with all cheeses, especiallly blue!
